PCF’s Upcoming Stakeholder Survey

Every year, Pacific Cooperation Foundation (PCF) undertakes a survey to receive feedback from our stakeholders and partnering organisations, on diverse areas of our service capability and range of programmes.

Our stakeholders are asked questions on PCF’s ability to demonstrate our capabilities in areas of leadership, engagement, communications, and support to partnering organisations. Respondents have been asked to rate our abilities and service delivery on a scale from 1 to 7. This has provided us a good quantitative insight of our performance.

This year, we have added qualitative questions that will enable our stakeholders to provide us more specific and detailed responses. Your responses will be collated into an annual report which will provide an indication of PCF’s annual overall performance.  This helps us meet our annual auditing requirements as a charitable organisation. Your feedback is valued as it also guides us to gauge our areas of strength as well as, further develop our services where improvement may be required.

The survey questionnaire will be emailed to stakeholders in the next few weeks. The survey is designed to be short, easy to respond to, and ensures privacy and anonymity of the respondent.

We look forward to your participation and feedback!
