At Pacific Cooperation Foundation, we’re looking for a passionate Vibe Manager to join our team and help create an amazing environment for our Pacific Manaaki Scholars as they embark on their internship journeys. This role is more than just logistics – you’ll be the key to shaping their experience from start to finish.
As our Vibe Manager, you’ll organise onboarding sessions, fun team-building events, and wrap-up celebrations that leave a lasting impression. You’ll also help coordinate travel and accommodation for our interns and act as the bridge between them and their host employers. Your ability to engage with our interns from diverse backgrounds, especially within a Pacific context, will be invaluable in fostering a welcoming and inclusive space.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves variety, and is excited to take on a hands-on, impactful position. It’s a fixed-term role until February 2025, perfect for those looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference.
