The Ministry for Pacific Peoples in partnership with Soqosoqo ni Cakaudrove are hosting a Heritage and Culture Night, Friday 12th October 2018 in Mangere- RSVP by October 6.
As the sixth Fijian Language Week in New Zealand, it marks the final year of the theme – Noqu Vosa me’u bula taka – My language, learn it, speak it, live it!
Focussing on immersing yourself in the language.
Fijian Language Week will be launched at the National Library in Wellington on 6 October. Regional events are also being held in Hamilton, Whanganui, Palmerston North, Wellington, and Christchurch.
The Soqosoqo ni Cakaudrove in Auckland will be hosting a Heritage and Culture Night Dinner to celebrate the end of the Fiji Language week for 2018.
This free event will bring the community together to share our culture, value our traditions and celebrate our uniqueness.
