​FEO Voter Registration Programme

As part of the Fijian Election Office (FEO) preparatory work for the upcoming 2018 Fiji Elections, a Voter Registration Programme has been scheduled for cities and regions around New Zealand.

The Fijian Elections Office (FEO) was formally established in March 2014 under the Electoral Act, 2014.

Its mandate is to conduct general and other elections in Fiji, and in between national elections, the FEO conducts capacity building programmes for all Fijians about elections and also drives voter registration in communities around the Pacific.

It is currently running a programme encouraging Fijians living in NZ to register ahead of the 2018 Election – for which a date has yet to be confirmed.

Along with registering to vote, the team will assist you in replacing lost/damaged Election Voter Registration (EVR) cards; and update voter details.

A reminder, you will need to bring valid Fijian passport if you have not registered.

Once the date of the Fiji election is announced, all registered voters will be required to fill out relevant postal vote applications form, attach a copy of EVR and send to:
